About ER Home Improvements
A California licensed general contractor focused on keeping Bay Area homes structurally sound, dry, and ready for earthquakes.
Who we are
ER Home Improvements & General Construction Inc. is a general contracting company based in Berkeley, California. We serve homeowners throughout Berkeley, Oakland, and the surrounding East Bay, with select projects in Marin County.
Many homes in our area were built decades ago on older foundations, with crawl spaces and drainage that were never designed for today's expectations. Our work centers on those conditions: foundation repair and replacement, seismic retrofitting, drainage and water intrusion solutions, and the structural repairs that often go with them. We also handle remodeling, decks, and exterior repairs.
